Seismic Testing

Triaxial testing is designed to meet AC156, IEEE, and Telcordia testing as well as transportation vibration using MIL-STD 810 and ASTM specs as specified.

All 3 axes are tested simultaneously using VR9500 Revolution transient time history software. The provided RRS is entered into the controller and a synthesized waveform is generated using wavelets over the specified frequency. Full color graphs are generated and provided in the final report along with photos taken throughout the test. Digital videos can be included at customer request as well as webcams for remote viewing.

We also offer qualification testing without extensive reports for a reduced price.

Table Capabilities:

  • Easy loading and unloading of test equipment using two 10,000 lb capacity overhead cranes

  • 10 ft x 10 ft work surface expandable to 14 ft x 16 ft. Working height of 17 ft.

  • Testing of loads up to 20,000 lbs depending on test levels

  • Testing to AC156, IEEE, GR-63 CORE seismic levels

  • Testing to MIL-STD 810 and ASTM transportation vibration

  • Up to 32 channels of data aquisition
